hela Sverige Welcome to join the Products IT team within Wealth Management/Trading Technology and contribute in the delivery of our diversified project portfolio.
The team provides development and IT operation services towards our business clients in Investment Product Operations (IPO). Our systems support fund flows for 1.5 million Retail Banking and Private Banking customers in Finland, Norway and Sweden through all distribution channels. We also maintain and control the static instrument data and savings solutions shown in the customer advisory systems in Private and Personal Banking.
In order to deliver upon our constant transformation journey we need to strengthen our team with an experienced Senior Project manager.
The position we offer
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering our change management initiatives. We are working in an agile setup where you will have the mandate to make necessary decisions within the limits of the approved baseline documented in the Business Case, and the Project Description.
Your responsibilities include:
• Managing and leading the Projects in our change catalogue
• Analysing and identifying possible areas to align/coordinate cross teams and products
• Ensuring that stakeholder management and collaboration in cooperation with Product Owner is seamless
In Products IT, we are today 12 local employees and close to 50 offshore consultants. We work fully integrated with our business partner in IPO as well as with other stakeholders in different units in Nordea. In total we have 4 scrum teams working closely with the maintenance team on an ongoing basis. Products IT is closely interlinked with the surrounding fund related products within ISAC and Trading Technology.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for a team player who demonstrates an interest and understanding of others. You establish professional and constructive relationships with various stakeholders, and structures and adapts information to make it understandable for the target group.
You have a flexible mind-set and can adapt to different situations and people in order to manage changing conditions. You learn fast and seek feedback to improve and develop. Moreover, the person we are looking for is proactive, able to structure tasks effectively and delivers within given time frames.
Your background includes:
• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager
• 3+ years' experience working in agile projects
• Experience in banking and/or investment products is valuable
Finally, you have a university degree in a relevant field and are fluent in written and spoken English.
