hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Entercard Holding AB i Stockholm The Project Management Office team is responsible for running projects to improve the customer experience, offering new features and services, and making sure we are compliant at all times. Together we have a central role in projects across all teams at EnterCard. Now we're looking for a new Project Manager to join the team.
As a project manager, you will drive and manage projects with medium complexity, organizational impact and budget. You will on daily basis be involved and communicate with employees, subcontractors, management team and other stakeholders and you will report to the Department Manager PMO.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Drive and manage projects with medium complexity
• Manage project according to EnterCard project model
• Accountable for managing project schedule, project budget, resources, changes, issues, risk and problems
• Ensuring project documentation
• Actively suggest improvements of project methodology within EnterCard
• Coordinate the tasks with subprojects, subcontractors and 3rd parties
KRAVPROFIL
• To be successful in this role you have either a bachelor degree within IT or an equivalent education.
• You have between 2-4 years' of experience from a Project Manager role, preferably within the financial sector, for example credit cards and/or loans.
• If you have experience in testing and/or requirements it is a plus.
• You have worked with driving projects from start to end and are very familiar with a projects different phases.
• The role will be a part of an international team why you need to be fluent in English both orally and in writing. Speaking a Nordic language is meriting but not mandatory.
• We are looking for a positive, easygoing, humble and goal oriented person with a curious sense of mind.
• You are open minded and driven by innovation and development.
• You also know when to take a more active role and when it is time to step back, analyze and plan.
