We are currently looking for ahighly skilled Senior Project Manager to work within the Warehouse Engineeringteam, part of Data Engineering. The position we offer
Asour new Senior Project Manager you will join a team working in a Data warehouseand regulatory/business data reporting environment.
Itwill be your responsibility to provide the project management governance andcapability for project requests entering into the remit for WarehouseEngineering.
Youshould prepare high quality analysis and decision making material on which theleadership team can make sound decisions
Otherkey responsibilities include:
• Coordinate internal resources andthird parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects aredelivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition ofproject scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders andensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability andallocation
• Develop a detailed project plan tomonitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the projectscope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verificationtechniques
• Measure project performance usingappropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to managementas needed
• Successfully manage therelationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management tominimize project risks
• Establish and maintainrelationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensiveproject documentation
Youshould demonstrate strong focus on business requirements and understanding ofthe complete value chain to deliver the right solution.
You will need to keepstakeholders and customers well informed and provide high level service tosecure great customer experience.
The qualifications you need
Asa minimum we expect you to have a Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science (orrelated fields).
Itis considered a plus if you are certified within Project Management (forexample IPMA/level B or C, PMP, Prince 2 or similar). Professional experiencewithin Agile and Scrum is also an advantage.
Wealso expect you to have:
• Project or programme managementexperience and documented results from a similar environment
• Administrative skills
• Strong presentation, negotiationand relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skill inwritten and spoken English.
