As Senior Project Manager you will be part of this PMO and your main responsibility will be to lead some of SKF's most important projects or programs. In this role you are also expected to be an active part in developing SKF's project culture and way of working.

Main responsibilities and key tasks
• To manage large and strategic projects for SKF to secure quality, efficiency and outcome
• To explore new ways of working in project management
• To drive project management improvements in the organization
• To act as a coach for other project managers

Knowledge and experience required
• Proven experience and excellent project management skills
• Experience of agile project management and development
• Experience from leading large, global and complex projects, preferably within global corporations
• Certification in at least one project management method e.g. PMI, Prince2, IPMA
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to motivate, develop and influence people and teams
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with fluency in English

The Project Management Office (PMO) of SKF Innovation & Business Development (I&BD) drives large projects and strategic programs for I&BD and the SKF Group. The PMO is also responsible for driving improvements of project management practices within the organization.
