hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nets Filial Sverige i Stockholm This job will be in the Payment Services team, a newly formed group at Nets, who will create a next generation distributed payments processing system for Nets eCommerce and Point of Sale. The team consists mainly of payment developers from a variety of backgrounds who are primarily "hands on keyboard" working on Azure cloud and whose primary product is a set of robust RESTful APIs. The team has a digital first approach (even post pandemic), a modern, green field tech stack built on Azure. The goal of the team is to be the central payment processing connector for the entirety of Nets and third party PSPs.
Within this group at Nets, we empower our product teams to operate with full ownership to define their strategy, vision and how we can best economically solve it. The product teams have high visibility from executive management who attend demos and engagement with the work being done. Product managers are empowered to take ownership and solve the core problem and articulate their vision. We staff the teams with the right people needed to assist in solving the problem. They are fully accountable for the results of their teams and responsible for steering decisions based on deep knowledge of our customers, usage data of our products, company goals, industry trends, and the competitive landscape relevant to their products.
Net's Product Payment services group is an ambitious new team who is recruiting actively from a diverse candidate set. Core Responsibilities
Own the end to end product on behalf of Nets
Have end to end responsibility over your product, it's performance in the market
Set the vision, strategy and metrics for your product. Work to get buy in from across the organization inside and outside of your team
Gain a deep understanding of the markets you will operate in, what the competition is offering and the customer requirements
Have a constant and dedicated focus on your customers
Own your own budget and "virtual P&L"
You set an inspiring vision, clear strategy and key metrics for your product on which you create buy-in and alignment throughout the organization (especially your own team)
You understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
You have a focus on your customers
You lead and drive a cross-functional team
Qualifications
10+ years of Software Product Management experience leading a high functioning cross functional team
Experience in take a product from idea to launch, owning product roadmap, using data to make UX decisions and providing input to technical implementation discussions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
