About the job:
This service is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process takes place through Bravura and you are employed directly by Tutus.

All of their products are approved at the Restricted classification level on the EU and national levels.
Tutus is the main supplier of government approved and certified IT-security products in Sweden, and is making steady progress towards its goal of becoming a leading provider of approved IT security products within the EU.
Tutus is now looking for a candidate for their IT operations team who will be part of the setup of Sweden's first cloud service for the security classification level Restricted. This gives you an opportunity to be involved from the start to operate an exciting, high-security environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Senior Operations Technician, you have a central and important function in the company. You work partly with the operation of internal IT and customer systems.
Furthermore, you work with Sweden's first secure cloud where you enter the beginning of the project and will be involved in setting the base plate for the cloud environment. You will then work with setup and configuration of operation, monitoring and logging of IT systems, both internally and towards the customer.
The work also includes daily operations such as incident management, patching, monitoring of the IT environment but also participation in installation and upgrading of IT solutions. You are also responsible for server and network monitoring where a strong focus is on security in the form of monitoring intrusions and deviations.
You are part of a group of eight employees with different backgrounds and knowledge who work with customers systems, in Sweden and abroad, end-users of Tutus' products and employees.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• At least five years' work experience within IT in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of Linux
• Good network skills (segmentation, switching, routing, TCP / IP)
• Knowledge of different monitoring platforms and virtualized environments
• Very good knowledge in English, speech and writing
Merit:
• Experience with firewalls and VPN
• Experience of operating in environments with high security requirements
