We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with deep expertise in AWS and DevOps practices to join an innovative team working on cutting-edge solutions in the automotive tech space.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where curiosity, knowledge sharing, and personal ownership are highly valued. The team is working closely with international partners and is focused on building impactful services connected to future vehicle technologies.
The position offers a blend of technical challenge and team engagement-with regular in-office days, planning events with international stakeholders, and a strong team culture that includes shared lunches, social gatherings, and close cooperation with sister teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Java
Build and manage serverless applications in AWS
Integrate and work with DevOps tools and pipelines to ensure efficient delivery and monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international technology partners
Participate in planning sessions, both onsite and during travel to customer locations (e.g., Germany)
Take full ownership of your work, contributing to a reliable and high-performing system
Required Qualifications
Solid experience in Java backend development
Extensive hands-on knowledge of AWS, particularly serverless solutions
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and methodologies
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Fluency in English
Desirable Skills
Basic knowledge of Python is a plus
Additional Details
Hybrid work model: Minimum 2 days/week onsite with the team
Occasional travel to Germany for planning events
Assignment is ongoing-early applications are encouraged as the role may close before the final date
