For our client we are looking for a skilled and competent Security Manager with a senior profile and with excellent leadership, communication and educational skills.

Draw IT Logistics security landscape regarding security management and responsibility (extensive and complex situation).
Establish guidelines regarding IT/Information Security related work in the division (ways of working and "how-to").
Give recommendations regarding competence and skills for security resources according to division IT Security responsibility and demands.
Align division activities and plans with central IT Governance function goals and objectives within the IT Security area to meet the IT Logistics specific needs and landscape.
Work together with security resources in the division to enforce and establish decided approach and security maintenance.
Implement and follow-up on decided plans and ways of working.

Competences:
Extensive competence in the IT security area with experience in similar assignments.
Competence based on IT Security "know-how" and practical assignments.
GDPR legislation/Data privacy (must).
Understanding and actual working experience:
o Information Classification
o IT Security Requirements and Compliance
o IT Security Risk Management
o IT Service Continuity Management
CISSP or CISM certified is an advantage

Personal skills:
Strategic mindset with a pragmatic approach.
Communicative and educational skills with the ability to influence and guide the IT security team and delivery organization.
Ability to put Governance mechanisms and their usage in the right context.
You can put IT/Information Security in the context of our core business for best and most efficient result.
