About this opportunity
Welcome to the team where we work with requirement and IT analysis but also develop and configure our solutions focusing on Financial and Capital area. Our Requirements & Analysis team members are taking a part in large-scale program's Agile Release Trains while working with complex IT landscape and remarkable data volumes. We add value by providing a strong technology capability for Nordea Group Functions.

What you'll be doing:
* Take lead and drive requirement and analysis work that involves multiple stakeholders, ultimately to design sustainable and value adding solutions
* Perform a data analysis and data modelling to support solution design
* Elicit requirements (functional and non-functional) supported by established frameworks and tools
* Build a contextual understanding of business processes on one hand and functional/technical know-how of our solutions on the other
* Responsible for high-level requirements, solution design and solution
The role is based in Stockholm.

You should be interested in the regulatory area and either possess a knowledge in regulatory frameworks or have a willingness to learn. It is key that you are able to build both technical and functional understanding within the regulatory area in order to gain a solid understanding of the business domain, as well as data and systems.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Have great analytical skills and business
* Are currently working as business analyst/IT analyst
* Are used to drive complex issues
* Have excellent communication skills and experience in globally distributed teams
* Have ability and interest to develop in your role, as assignments can vary over time
* Have experience working with Agile software development, ideally SAFe framework
* Have experience with process modelling and visualization techniques is a plus
Your experience and background:
* Have working experience within financial and capital area in a bank e.g. regulatory reporting such as IFRS9, BASEL, Capital (COREP)
* SQL and Python data analysis experience is needed
* You have a Bachelor's degree or higher
* Fluent in English
* Experience in supporting Business Verification, functional support to test automation and "productionalizing" the solution
