hela Sverige We are looking for two Senior Investment Project managers to develop and drive investment projects for the Formed Fiber unit. The position can be based in Hylte, Karlstad, Gothenburg, Stockholm or any other Stora Enso location in Sweden. You will be working in the Formed Fiber team which is a part of Packaging Solutions Division. You will report to Expansion Director.

Formed Fiber materials are based on wood fibers and can be produced to most 3D shapes with many of the same mechanical and functional properties as plastics and so provides a novel and powerful vehicle for displacing plastics. We are now seeing interest in Formed Fiber spread to a large number of applications where the market potential is counted in billions of units. The goal of the Formed Fiber team is to capitalize on this opportunity by quickly scaling up capacity, research new technologies and commercialize new applications to become a leader in this market. About the position
As a Senior Investment Project Manager you will be responsible for starting, managing and coordination of investment projects within its different phases, both in Sweden but also international projects. As a part of the projects, you will be working with specifications, investment foundation, timetables, reporting and costs. You will also have responsible for supplier and consultant development and negotiations within the investment projects together with purchasing/sourcing. Your tasks include to take active part in developing expansion road map for Formed Fiber and seeking approval of investment cases.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a person with a technical background, who is proactive and are business minded. You have 7-10 years' experience from investment project of at least 10 MEUR in size (new factories, machine investment etc.). Your proficiency is based on a degree in engineering, chemistry, physics or another relevant area. Experience from construction projects and technical industry (machinery, robotics, automation) will be is an asset. You have documented program management and/or Project leadership experience. You are a great communicator with excellent negotiation skills, and you communicate fluently in Swedish and English. This position periodically requires extensive travelling depending on the project and location.
