hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor with drive and outstanding analytical and communication skills. You will be a part of a great internal audit team at the Saab Group located in the center of Stockholm. In this role, you will interact with experts and managers at Saab across the organization, at locations in Sweden as well as internationally.
Your role
* Lead, execute and report internal audit assignments
* Contribute to the risk assessment activities leading up to the audit plan
* Contribute to continuously improving the internal audit process
Your profile
You have experience from working in complex and international contexts. You have a positive and curious mindset, you're analytical as well as driven and focused on results. A high sense of integrity is required for this role.
Required skills
* Relevant academic degree
* 5 years of relevant work experience
* Prior experience from working in Saab
* Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) diploma and experience from performing audits according to the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF) of the Institute of Internal Auditors (The IIA)
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
Desired skills
* Experience from auditing large organizations with a high degree of Technology and R&D
* Knowledge and proven skills in Project Auditing
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
Saab Internal Audit provides independent, objective and risk based assurance designed to add value and improve Saab's operations. We help Saab accomplish its objectives by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
The team consists of three auditors in addition to the Head of Internal Audit, based at the Group Headquarters in central Stockholm. The Head of Internal Audit reports to the Saab AB Audit Committee (a committee of the Saab AB Board of Directors) and administratively to the Group CFO.
