We are currently looking for a senior EMC and LP (lightning protection) engineer to take on the challenge to EMC and LP design for wireless telecommunication products.
This person will be responsible for the EMC and LP design for wireless telecommunication product, include system/sub-assembly/module/PCB level, details below:
1, Specification of EMC requirements at module and system level, 2, Risk analysis for new product concept, participate in System architecture discuss from EMC and LP view and determine the EMC and lightning protection scheme in prototype stage, 3, EMC and LP design review at development stage 4, Fix the related EMC and LP problem if needed 5, Trainings The work will be done in very close cooperation with mechanical, thermal, hardware and power teams.
Qualifications and experience:
• More than 10 years experiences on system and module level EMC/LP design for electronic or telecom products.'
• Familiarity with major EM/LP analyses tools for EMC/LP design. More than 5 years successful application experience in EMI/LP region using EM simulation.
• A Masters Degree, or equivalent background is required.
Skills requirements:
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international work is preferred. The candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing. Good social and networking skills to support teamwork in project groups as well as ability to work independently. Good communication, documentation and presentation skills. Well organized and structured.
