We have over 12 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We're growing fast, which is why we're now looking for an experienced e-commerce marketer to join our team as a Senior E-Commerce Marketing Manager.
You will play a critical role in driving our e-commerce marketing and traffic strategy, owning the overall commercial calendar and managing campaign planning, execution, and analysis across our marketing and commerce teams. You are data-driven, KPI-focused, and willing to make big smart bets to reach our goals. Ideally you have startup or tech experience working with cross-functional teams. You are an excellent communicator, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. You will work closely with our Commercial Director and Head of Business Development as we quickly look to scale our marketplace in 2021 and beyond.
This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you'll do:
Strategize, develop, and manage the execution of our overall commercial calendar
Manage the end-to-end process and overall campaign timeline of multichannel e-commerce campaigns, from strategy to analysis
Drive key campaign initiatives and coordination with the commerce team to reach campaign KPIs, including monitoring, optimizing and strategizing onsite user experience on campaign pages.
Drive special initiatives and content with brands i.e integration with Fishbrain App
Build a consumer mindset for the Fishbrain Shop through campaigns and other product marketing efforts
Develop and establish e-commerce analytics
What we are fishing for:
You have 4+ years of marketing/sales experience working for e-commerce, marketplace, or B2C companies, balancing strategy and execution.
You have deep expertise in one or more digital marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, paid digital media, user acquisition, growth, social media, or email marketing.
You have a strong focus on results and output, going beyond top level metrics to analyze all the factors that drive sales and what levers we can pull to push them even further.
You have strong critical thinking skills and a bias towards action.
Interest or experience in the outdoor industry or similar (fishing, hunting, sports and recreation) is plus.
