hela Sverige We are looking for an senior data analyst which will improve co-worker experience,deploy digital tools, secure compliance and support our business with insights and analytics, all key components for business success.
Activities will include:
• Data quality: Investigating data quality areas of concern or data harmonization'.
• Data clean-up: Co-ordinating data clean-up activities.
• Data migration:
• Mapping: Support in data mapping to prepare for data migration. This will involve providing input on how the Global view fields have been used in all countries and how this works for Global reporting, and how that data could be mapped onto the new Success Factors fields.
• Checking the loads: Perform tests and validations that the data has been loaded correctly.
Data Flows:-
• Analyze connection to Global local systems in countries where we have Co-workers.
• Co-ordinate the organization data structure changes that will be implemented with POT.
• Gather any data related questions form your respective countries and share them with central POT.
• Communicate the answers to questions raised.
Required Skills and Experience
• Global view experience is a must, experience in Success Factors is wished.
• Deep understanding of Ingka co-worker master data.
• Analytical and investigative mindset.
• Advanced excel skills - experience in using v-lookups for example
• Good understanding in data structures including how data is build up & organized, typical challenges
• & mistakes with data.
• Good leading skills that can co-ordinate the data cleansing with a lot of colleagues.
• Hands on mentality, reaching out to stakeholders, driving results.
