Key Responsibilities
Review the execution of Hydro Power Contracts according to the schedule, identify risks and design risk mitigation plans.
Manage commercial and contractual impacts resulting from time, quality or process related problems on the construction site.
Ensure together with the Project Team that all scope changes are gathered with evidence, properly documented and clearly traceable to the contractual scope.
Manage claims and support the development and update of the claim management mechanism for Hydro Power Projects.
Negotiate with contractors and clients and supporting the legal department.
Together with the sales team proactively develop winning proposal from a financial, commercial and contractual point of view, such as identifying opportunities and assessing risks during the bidding phase and taking care of necessary securities and export credit guarantees.
Your Profile
University degree in business administration, engineering or international law.
5 - 10 years of professional experience in the Energy- or EPC industry, preferably at commercial and/or contract management. Track record of internationally managed projects.
Strong knowledge in contracts like ABT06/AB04/Orgalime S 2022/NL 010/Kolemo/FIDIC etc.
You are familiar with commercial and contractual management methods and tools.
Good analytical skills and conceptual thinking, keen on details and record keeping.
Business fluent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Willingness to make business trips when needed.
