We are seeking a highly experienced Change Manager to support the implementation of a large-scale transformation project. The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing the impact of changes across multiple workstreams, particularly focusing on the Source to Contract (S2C) processes. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across various functions to ensure smooth execution and adoption of changes within the Procurement teams. You will also be involved in driving communications and change management strategies for the upcoming phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Wave 1 Implementation - BA Wind (Go-live Q1 2026):
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of the results from the Change Impact Assessment (CIA) for the S2C process in Wave 1.
• Collaborate with the Core Change Management team and Change Management Representatives (CMRs) from BA Wind and other relevant functions to assess and identify potential impacts on Procurement teams from related workstreams.
• Develop and implement a Change Management and Communication Plan, ensuring that all affected Procurement teams are equipped with the necessary information and adjustments needed for Wave 1.
• Work alongside CMRs to customize and plan change management and communication activities, ensuring timely updates and alignment on new ways of working.
• Create and deliver content packages to the teams affected by the S2C workstream, including non-Procurement teams in BA Wind.
Wave 2 Change Impact Assessment (CIA) - Go-live Q1 2027:
• Execute CIAs for the S2C process with all Business Areas (BAs) and Support Functions (SFs) involved in Wave 2, working with a diverse range of BAs and Business Units (BUs).
• Collaborate closely with the S2C Workstream lead and CMRs from all affected BAs to ensure accurate identification of key stakeholders and Points of Contact (POCs) within the organizations.
• Raise awareness of the importance of CIA among stakeholders and ensure that input is clear, of high quality, and effectively communicated.
• Compile and deliver a report on the outcomes of all CIAs per BA and BU in coordination with the S2C workstream lead.
• Lead and coordinate communication efforts regarding the Wave 2 development and progress, ensuring effective outreach to the Procurement teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven expertise in Change Management, with a senior-level understanding of digital transformation and change processes.
• Experience driving the people and communications aspects of large IT or software implementation initiatives, especially in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong background in internal communications and content creation, including stakeholder management at all levels, particularly C-suite executives.
• Fluent in English with native-level proficiency, able to communicate effectively in a global and multicultural environment.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams, ideally in a global environment.
• Basic understanding of training processes, even though training is not part of this role's core responsibilities.
• High level of resilience, with the ability to handle high-stakes topics and complex discussions effectively.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and keep them engaged.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly in challenging or technical discussions.
• Ability to tell compelling stories that make technical content engaging and relatable for a wide audience.
