What You Will Do
Manage the entire training lifecycle, from needs analysis to continuous improvement based on feedback.
Utilize a variety of training resources, with e-learnings and classroom training being central to our approach.
Support trainers at local outsourcing partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality results.
Implement agile methods in your daily work to keep pace with the fast-moving environment at Klarna.
Collaborate with team members to adjust training programs to meet business needs effectively.
Monitor and evaluate training outcomes to ensure they meet the desired objectives and make necessary adjustments.
Who You Are
You have experience in managing training programs and resources.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and how to apply them in a business
operations context.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with external partners and ensure their alignment with Klarna's standards.
Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Awesome to Have
Experience in e-learning development and implementation.
Familiarity with training needs analysis and evaluation techniques.
Background in working with outsourcing partners.
Knowledge of instructional design principles.
