For our client we are looking for a Business Controller.

The work will be to follow-up and analyze the financial development of the business as well as to develop structures and processes aiming to improve analysis and/or efficiency.Example of tasks
• Development of various processes aiming to improve the analysis, steering and understanding of the business

• Development of reporting and follow-up structures incl templates and processes for business initiatives (e.g. follow-up of cost programs, growth initiatives etc.)

• Analysis of the financial development of the Group and/or parts of the Group.

• Deep dive analysis in complex and critical issues with financial impact on ad-hoc basis


Preferred profile


• 8+ years of experience within business controlling with at least a few years in Group Business Controlling

• Experience from controlling within large size companies (large cap)

• Experience from Group and business unit perspective

• Background from management consulting or similar is an advantage

• Experience in setting up follow-up structures for business initiatives (e.g. cost programs, revenue growth initiatives etc)

• Excellent skills in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement, and knowledge of Hyperion Essbase is an advantage

• Used to work under pressure with a hands-on attitude
