ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Shopper Marketing Team at The Absolut Group is looking for a Senior Brand Manager that will support in the delivery of our business objectives via excellence in Channel/Shopper Marketing. You will drive the shopper penetration, recruitment, and revenue growth by supporting the business with high level of shopper understanding turning insights into action.
As a retail expert, you will champion sharpening our understanding of retailers & shoppers and promote consumer-centricity in order to act as the internal knowledge hub and guardian for Off-Trade/BTL (below the line) practices.
In this role you will responsible for:
Ensure the translation of TAG Brand Strategies, Communication and Innovation projects into Off Trade BTL execution
Successfully implement TAG Off Trade Marketing strategies guidelines, activities, tools & assets to achieve the strategic business goals and value to the markets (inspire the shopper to purchase)
Create market specific Off Trade programs where strategically relevant in close collaboration with market companies
Drive implementation of new retail solutions and technologies to drive standout and conversion
TAG BTL contact for Drive Markets and CCM (Creative Content Manager) community
Manage and purchase agency & supplier services
Budget, A&P and T&E responsibility

ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. You are passionate, enthusiastic with a strong entrepreneurial ability to work around obstacles and drive results with a pilot/learn/scale approach. You are a consumer driven professional that keeps consumer at the heart of everything you do!
Academic qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of work experience in relevant trade/retail marketing or management - from FMCG/Spirit companies
Experience in leading Shopper Marketing and/or Category Management (or Trade/Channel) projects from brief to launch
International or multi countries experience is preferred
Experience of working with Off Trade channels such as Retail, E-commerce, Travel Retail and/or distributors
Ability to understand Category growth drivers and understand the Customer perspective and their primary drivers and KPIs.
International or multi-country experience is preferred
Must be fluent in English, other languages are beneficial
