WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a Senior Application Expert who thrives at the intersection of tech and business, ideally with experience in store expansion. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for LIMA, supporting system improvements, integrations, and configurations that align with business needs. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and our SaaS vendor, Tango Analytics, to maximize the platform's value.
In addition to the above, your role will involve:
Act subject matter expert for a SaaS application (LIMA), guiding best practices and usage across the business.
Troubleshoot complex issues, provide hands-on support and escalate critical cases to the vendor when needed.
Collaborate with vendor and internal teams to plan and implement new features and integrations.
Communicate with business users and translate business requirements into technical configurations and reports within LIMA.
Stay updated on the product roadmap, assess impact, and proactively communicate relevant changes.
Be able to understand and document technical processes and integrations
Be able to understand Architecture at high level on both System level, as well as on Area level in terms of Integrations.
Support acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance for new releases.
Conduct training sessions and demos to promote adoption of new functionality.
Understand technical guidelines, for example Operational or Security related, to make sure the product is compliant with H&M guidelines.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll be part of the Store Lifecycle team within Corporate Support. The team works with two global SaaS platforms: LIMA (Tango Analytics), which manages the full lifecycle of H&M Group's store portfolio-from location scouting to ongoing improvements-and LIMA FM (Planon), which supports facility management activities across all stores and premises. The team is small but dynamic, with a strong collaborative spirit, and you'll take on broad responsibilities while enjoying a fun and supportive work environment.
