We are on an exciting journey and this could be the opportunity for you! We are now looking for a Senior Analyst & Project Manager to join our Value Chain Management team. We have a holistic and broad senior competence within business and operational development together with a high team spirit. You will be part of a dedicated team that handles complex global challenges in a dynamic and fast moving business environment with many different interfaces, internally as well as externally. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Value Chain Management.
What you 'll do
* Advanced analytics support in ongoing Value Chain Management programs, projects or tasks:
+ Contribute to fact based problem statements or hypothesis
+ Analysing and assuring quality of data collection
+ Formulating solutions to address identified gaps
+ Development and follow-ups of performance/KPI's
* Drive business value by translating analytics conclusions to implemented improvements
* Project lead in strategic cross functional change programs within the Order-to-Delivery area
* Change management and communication -all levels
* External benchmarks and finding best practices when needed
* Preparation of management or communication material
* Do monthly performance reporting on selected KPI's
You and your skills
You are Strong problem-solving skills, ability to structure, solve problems, conduct and interpret analysis independently, with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills. You are business driven and with skills to prepare and do different communications of problem statements, conclusions or business performance effectively- all levels. We see that you have university degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or Business Administration or equal. You have ~5-10 years proven analytic & project leader skills and a strong holistic and broad understanding of the total value chain is required

You have a high level of integrity and professionalism .You have strategic mind-set with a conceptual way of thinking and strong interest and skills to translate and communicate data and analytical insights. You have also have the ability to balance strategic and operational work and set the right priorities.. You are structured, business and performance driven and have a strong personal drive to get things done. Curiosity and willingness to learn new things lies within the core of your personality and you love to step outside your comfort zone and be challenged. You are a team leader and have a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships and networks.
