Driving Dynamics & Noise & Vibration Centre is a department within Vehicle Engineering. The "Braking Attributes" section is actively involved in creating customer experience by participating in development and verification of the vehicle. We are responsible for analysis, verification and validation of attribute, functions and systems regarding Braking such as Brake Performance and Brake Noise Vibration Harshness (NVH). In addition, the section is also responsible for the requirements regarding Braking Attributes. Using progressive technology and engineering, we are active and responsible during all stages of the product development process; ranging from the research phase through concept phase, industrialization and postproduction quality support.

What you'll do

As Analysis Engineer, you are responsible for planning and performing tests, including analyses of results and reports. You will take part in the development of brakes by supporting in requirement settings, do analysis of performance, noise and vibration in brake systems, support in design, simulations and test methods. As part of our expanding team you will be working in a creative environment shaping tomorrow's vehicles. You will also:
* Drive NVH and Brake performance analysis and troubleshooting
* Plan and Perform Dyno analysis and Vehicle validation and test
* Support in developing, simulating and balancing of Brake system
* Develop test methods and working processes
* Work in close cooperation with our suppliers and internal stakeholders

Do you fit the profile?

In order to succeed in this role, we believe you have a M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in relevant area. You have good knowledge in NVH measurement and analysis as well as in measurement technology. Fluency in English (written and spoken) and driver's license with good driving skills are required.

It is meritorious if you have experience from:
* Testing in complete vehicles and from rig-testing
* Measurement systems used in car testing
* Software calibration knowledge in Braking systems
* Good knowledge in NVH-measurement and analysis
* Simulation engineering

We believe you are a self-driven person with a positive attitude. You are able to take initiative and to identify and accomplish challenging objectives. You have analytical mindset with the ability to plan, conduct, summarize and report your work in a structured and thorough manner. Further, it's also important that you have good communication and social skills with a willingness to actively participate in the team's common matters.
