hela Sverige Our client whom is within the IT-sector and located centrally in Stockholm is currently looking to hire a finance consultant. The assignment will start immediately and for the right person there may be a possibility to be employed by the company.
Reporting to Head of Finance EMEA this role will work closely with the small finance team and assist with the accounting responsibilities for the company with several legal entities spread globally.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the accounting activities of the business for the preparation of accurate and timely month-end close, account and bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, financial management reports, and other ad-hoc reporting
• Maintain accurate records and process transactions for accounts receivables and related payments
• Fixed Assets (maintain registry and book monthly depreciations)
• Assist in annual audits and preparation of financial statements
• Assist in monthly Tax filings (payroll taxes, VAT)
• Maintain accurate records and process transactions including sales orders, invoices, receivables, and payables
• Be flexible to assist with other financial and accounting projects as netted
Background:
You have a University Degree in Accounting or Finance and minimum 3-5 years? experience of a similar role. You have good knowledge in Swedish GAAP and financial reporting requirements and you are fluent in Swedish and English. You are an advanced user in Excel.
