hela Sverige SW IT is looking for a Project Manager to further strengthen our clients IT team and IT delivery. The main purpose is to act as a project manager and support the development of the organization and IT services as well as to ensure that IT delivery meets the requirements and needs of the business. If you want to work in a global environment and with IT from a more strategic perspective, then you will enjoy this exciting and challenging role.
Duties
Your tasks are numerous and you will handle many tasks in parallel. Your work makes a difference and you strive to deliver value and impact within your projects. The span of projects are wide and focus on different aspects of IT solutions such as:
A functional and robust infrastructure
Well-functioning and activity-supporting applications
High quality index, satisfied users
High delivery capacity and quality
Responsibilities
In your role as a Project Manager, you will have several areas of responsibility. Your main goal is to lead you projects according to the plan, but it is also a plus if you are familiar with Service Delivery and are used to support operations, coordinate within agreed areas and follow up communication, application, clients and agreements. Essentially, you will:
Assist in implementing and customizing specific IT solutions in order to meet the business requirements (existing and future) in accordance to our clients strategies
Oversee mapping and adaption of technical solutions in order to meet our client's business needs.
Assist in investigating and diagnosing incidents and problems (change management)
Vendor follow-up and budget
Communicative
Good at presenting information and engaging others
Methodically and analytically
Good to lead yourself and others and possess leadership skills
Adaptive and easy to learn
Responsible for and managing the project portfolio
Check and control implementation of IS policies
Your background
We believe you have an academic degree in Data / IT or you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work. In order to succeed in the role, we believe you have at least 3 - 5 year of Project Management experience. You have to be comfortable in your role as a project manager and used to work globally in a large scale organizations with stakeholders and high demands.
The work is multifaceted and places high demands on IT understanding and we therefore see that you have good knowledge of application support, system architecture and system development (conceptual). You have an operational focus and want to deliver quality of IT as a service.
The role places great demands on personality and we expect you to be:
The role is stationed in Stockholm, but you will have contact areas globally, which implies that you master Swedish as well as English in speech and writing. Travel in the service occurs.
