Achieve GM and CM as per the profitability targets.
Perform business development function with CXO stakeholders.
Support new logo pursuits.
Build a strong team to deliver for the customer.
Key responsibilities
Ensure highest-level of customer satisfaction / strong customer health scorecard.
Ensure there is certainty in delivery and deliver all that was promised to customer.
Actively position and sell the various offerings of TCS.
