The Security Specialist, Analytics and Automation - Analysis will be reporting to the Head of Information Security Management within the Cyber & Information Security Center (the CISO office).
The position is to be held in Stockholm to be close to the team and to minimize internal travel.
Job Description
The Security Specialist, Analytics and Automation - Analysis will be a key member of the Information Security Management team charged with driving the creation and evolution of the Analytics and Automation roadmap for Group Security. The individual occupying this role will be dedicated to working with all relevant units within Group Security and connected organizations across Ericsson. Close interaction with Ericsson Group Analytics and the Automation Team will be crucial. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business / Security Analytics and in Intelligent Automation (RPA, ML, NLP etc).
The role demands considerable flexibility in quickly adapting to shifting needs, and is expected to effectively cover a range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Develop and maintain / evolve KPIs that can be taken as base to measure status, performance and trends connected to ISMS Implementation and other Security domains represented within Group Security
Develop and maintain relevant metrics / dashboards
Discovery of Automation opportunities
Structure requirements and demands to provide relevant metrics to address needs that are connected audits, certifications and regulatory reporting demands
Establish a Group Security Data Analytics and Automation community to actively work with input to the ongoing work and to communicate results
Interface Ericsson Group Analytics and the Automation Team to formulate requirements and handshake support needs
Develop and maintain / evolve KPIs that can be taken as base to measure status, performance and trends
Develop and maintain relevant metrics / dashboards
Interface other relevant units within Ericsson to coordinate ongoing work (e.g. Corporate Audit, IT Security, BA Security, Product Security, Legal, Sourcing, Supply etc.)
Driving KPI and Analytics implementation to BA and MA's.
Present status and progress to the Group Security Leadership Teams
Qualifications
We have high expectations on you as an individual, to bring a good combination of broad-based business, leadership, and functional experience:
Experience in running Analytics, Metrics, RPA, AI, NLP initiatives
Ability to influence across the organization, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing and gaining commitment
Good level of understanding and experience in security strategy, technology strategy, operations transformation, Process and technology adoption, digital transformation, digital collaboration, one or more Automation & AI technologies
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong ability to present with confidence in front of an audience
Master's degree in engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent work experience)
Management consulting or strategy & execution is preferred
