Vehicle Motion Control (VMC) within Vehicle Energy and Motion Control (VEMC), design and develop features and innovations to create the most confident, efficient and rewarding drive and ride experience of tomorrow. Our highly skilled international teams balance attributes and functions for autonomous motion control, limit handling control and state estimation on complex vehicle architectural, using data, vehicle and actuator knowledge in a smart way.
We are currently in a big change towards working in agile teams, creating customer value by designing and developing software and functions in-house but also in cooperation with suppliers.
Now we want to enforce our teams with Scrum Masters that want to be a part of our future journey!
As Scrum Master, you will have the mission to develop the best possible scrum teams. We will use SAFe (R) to be able to scale the number of teams to the large amount of employees, as well as handling suppliers and sync with other departments in the organization.
What you'll do
As a Scrum Master you will continuously be working with coaching the Scrum team(s), refining the team's processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and removing impediments. You will have a close collaboration with the Product Owners, Managers and other people with interface to the team(s).
You will take part in a Scrum Master Community to share experiences, ideas and to contribute to drive change throughout the whole department.
Our ambition is that you work as a dedicated Scrum Master or alternatively work in a combined Scrum Master and Developer role.
Do you fit the profile?
We are looking for you that has experience working as a Scrum Master and/or have the knowledge and experience of agile methods. We see it as meritorious if you are Scrum Master certified (PMS).
Experience from working in a role as a facilitator (project manager, team leader, coach or similar) will also be an asset. You should have a proven ability of systematically driving change in large organizations. We also see that you have:
* A good understanding of software and function development.
* Experience in automotive development of complex systems.
* Excellent English skills (both verbally and in writing).

On a personal level, we are looking for self-motivated people with a personal drive and the ability to challenge and take initiatives. To succeed in this position, you should have a genuine interest in team dynamics and agile development. You have a proven ability of building long-term relationships with colleagues and since you have a lot of contact with different stakeholders, it is important that you are structured, collaborative, and communicative as well as having a holistic mind-set.
