Payments and App team are searching for a team player who believe in people and agile ways of working.

In the role as Scrum master you will be responsible for coaching and supporting the cross functional team (CFT) into further adopting and practicing SAFe(agile) ways of working principles.
You will play a key role, in supporting the team 's assignment to maximize the value of new investment opportunities, coordinate lifecycle management and maintenance tasks, while ensuring continuous stability in our Payments digital channels. You will be our Scrum Master for 2 teams in Accounts & Payments Sweden SAFe train.

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Coach and facilitate.

• The team's SAFe agile journey, self-organization and cross-functionality.

• Efficient Product Backlog management and planning.

• Release planning.

• Identify and remove impediments to the CFT's progress.

What is needed in this role:

• Senior competence in Agile way of working.

• You have a structured way of working and you focus on possibilities with a value-driven and fast-moving mind-set.

• You are social and communicative and have a passion to lead other people.

• As a person you have a willingness to learn new things and are open-minded and pro-active.

• You have knowledge within IT development, maintenance and SAFe agile ways of working.

• Self-driven, Solution-oriented,gives and takes responsibility.

• Close collaboration with team manager to ensure the team members pre-requisites to grow their skills and competencies.

• A relevant university degree or similar work experience.
