What does the role look like?
We give you an interesting and developing role in one of our assignments with customers. Our customers are in all different types of companies and businesses around the region, several of the colleagues today have assignments in the retail and public sector that are facing a particularly exciting agile journey, which means that there are many challenges to help solve. With us, you get the opportunity to develop and learn new things and share your skills. You set the bar yourself for how high you want to reach.
Your background?
You have a passion for what you do and are good at inspiring even from a distance. You push things forward and are good at delivering on set goals by being energetic, fearless and supportive while you can bid on yourself.
We also believe that you
• Has solid experience and passion for agile working methods.
• A few years of documented experience of the role as Scrum master and/or agile coach.
• Great interest in leading people and team development.
• Interest in keeping you updated on new trends, ways of thinking and methods in the field.
• Deep and broad technical competence and interest.
• Great habit of meeting and workshop management, preparation and documentation.
• Good language skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Merit:
• Certification within Scrum and/or SAFe
• Experience from Azure DevOps, Jira or similar systems
• Experience from the role of consultant
