The Order to Delivery (O2D) department within Scania IT is responsible for developing and managing IT support systems within Scania's entire flow from customer order to logistics, production, delivery and invoicing, as well as industrial maintenance. The MES (Manufacturing Execution System) organisation responsibility is to supply MES application support to Scania's production. We are also a key player when Scania takes the next step into Industry 4.0 and IIoT.
We are now looking for Scrum Master with a significant interest in software development and Agile methods. You will play a central role in one of our development teams and will have many contacts around the Scania organisation. We can offer work close to operations with technical variation at a company with a very good working environment.
Your role
As a Scrum Master with the MES team at Scania IT, you will be part of an organisation that works on both global implementation projects and maintenance of our MES application APRISO. You will, in close cooperation with our Maintenance Manager, be responsible for facilitating our agile work and coaching members on their road to becoming a high-performance team.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience and knowledge of Agile software development
A genuine interest in and preferably a few years' experience of Agile methods
Self-motivation and the ability to lead others
The commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
A university education within IT or equivalent experience
Experience from manufacturing is an advantage

Experience from working with JIRA is meritoriousAs a person you are structured, socially skilled and customer oriented and have good communication skills. You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently. Furthermore you are proactive, take initiative and ownership, and have the drive to move our delivery forward. You probably have a background as a Scrum Master and/or technical responsible, maintenance manager or IT project lead.
