Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our talented development team in the cloud journey of a Test Management System. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Agile development process, ensuring effective communication, and removing impediments to keep the team on track. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and expertise in Jira.

Our team
We are a tight growing team working closely with our end-users within Scania and TRATON R&D. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support the testing of the electrical system in our vehicles. We are working in a modern, agile workflow both remotely and in the office. We use english as language on a daily basis.
You will be part of a diverse, motivated and awesome team with a broad skill set. Our applications are built in AWS mainly in C# and SQL server.

Who are you and what will you do?
We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master that enjoys planning, structure and reaching goals. As a person you are a team player, you are unpretentious and transparent with your work and are happy to share knowledge with your colleagues. You are also curious and eager to learn new things and we believe you are a problem solver that focuses on customer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI (Program Increment) planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers and Stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
• Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress to ensure a smooth development process.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Provide guidance and support to the team in adopting and refining Agile practices.
• Manage and configure Jira to enhance project visibility and collaboration.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
• Proficiency in Jira configuration and administration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience with C#, SQL Server and AWS is an advantage
• Understanding of SAFe framework is an advantage
