Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Scrum Master with experience from finance domain, specially within the Credit Risk area for one of our Nordic banking clients.
Key responsibilities
• Ensuring project objectives, road maps and scope are agreed and continually prioritized in alignment with program strategy.
• Overseeing project execution, including release and deployment activities, and ensure deliverables are completed in timely fashion meeting quality criteria and applicable KPIs.
• Motivating people and building high-performing teams.
• Managing risks and dependencies, developing contingency plans to mitigate open issues.
• Collaborating to create optimal execution setups and organizing efficient ways of working in close coordination with key stakeholders.
• Running key ceremonies under established program governance and provide supporting structures for effective communication and reporting.
• Interacting with senior stakeholders, both business-facing and on the IT side, managing expectations and securing shared buy-in.
• Fostering collaboration and steering teams towards culture of continuous improvements, knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.
• Coaching and mentoring team members, establishing feedback loops and encouraging constant learning.

Salary
By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start ASAP and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-12-31 with possibility of extension.
