hela Sverige Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.In the department for Engine Control Systems, we are responsible for the development of control systems for combustion engines for all powertrains in the group. An intensive technical development is ongoing to bring our already world-leading engine platform to the next level of sustainable transport solutions.
A crucial part of this is the technology shift we are doing within the gas exchange system. By controlling gas flow with the engine's internal valves replacing external flaps, a more efficient engine with further improved customer values can be achieved. We are now looking for a Scrum master for the team.
Your work assignments
You will be responsible for ensuring that the team can effectively build high-quality solutions. This is done by supporting and coaching the team in processes, quality assurance and agile practices. An important purpose of the role is also to work with continuous improvements and make sure that the team delivers on time. In your roll, you will:
• Keep the team organized, on track and focused on what matters.
• Coordinate communication between the project/object and the team.
• Clear obstacles and keep the team focused on agreed deliveries.
• Lead the team to work to enhance the processes to achieve our goals.
Your qualifications
• We are looking for a person with a Master's degree in Engineering or Data Science
• You are structured and have the skill to sort out complex issues and make them understandable.
• You like problem-solving and like to think creatively.
• You appreciate to constantly improve tools and processes, which make the job more efficient.
• You have excellent communication skills and master both oral and written English.
You have experience of working with agile processes. Experience in software development or testing is also very interesting. But most important is that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn new things.
