Scania 's Product and Interaction Design department, RCD; consists of five groups: industrial Design, Interaction Design, Model Makers, Digital Models and Ergonomics and performs a central role in the creation of Scania 's future portfolio of products.

Scania RCD is part of the TRATON Industrial Operations including development centers in Sweden, Munich, Chicago and South America.

Senior Ergonomics RAMSIS Specialist
As a Senior Ergonomics Specialist you will be in the core of early product development to investigate, analyze and define ergonomic recommendations with regards to visibility, reach and usability for engineers and industrial designers.
Your main tools will be CATIA, RAMSIS, PPT and oral presentations.
You will collaborate in a cross-functional environment where industrial designers, interaction designers and engineers are your colleagues in daily work.
You will be part of an ergonomics team with a holistic responsibility to ensure that future products will be even safer and more usable than before.
Success factors in this role is an analytical skills, autonomy, helpfulness, and a can-do mindset.
At this point in time, we are involved in rapidly developing projects with a lot of interesting challenges and development potential.
