Role Summary
We are looking for SAP Solution Architect in the source to pay area to join our team who have an interest to work with business change development and world-class IT deliveries. An important part of the change in the IT landscape will be deliveries based on SAP. As an SAP (Lead) Solution Architect you are a member of the Scania IT team at Digital CoreIf you enjoy challenging work, influencing strategic decisions, and working with modern SAP technologies, this is the perfect time to join us.
Job Responsibilities
You will join an exciting environment where we are shaping the future IT landscape for our procurement, production & logistics, and finance processes. SAP plays a central role in this transformation, and you will see the real impact of your work.
In this role, you will help build and improve our global SAP template and take an active part in current and upcoming project releases for both direct and indirect procurement. You will also lead initiatives to explore SAP solutions within the Source-to-Pay area and evaluate which products best support Scania and TRATON.
You will be at the forefront of designing solution architecture based on business processes and the overall system landscape. A key part of the role is safeguarding solution integrity and ensuring we follow standard. When needed, you will analyze and define requirements for custom development or integrations, as well as support review and change processes.

Who You Are
• Extensive experience in the SAP Source-to-Pay area.
Knowledge of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Receive, and Invoice-to-Pay processes.
Experience from full project lifecycles for direct and indirect procurement.
Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and suppliers.
Holistic mindset combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Creative and solution-driven mindset that helps us deliver high-quality results.
It's a plus if you have
S/4HANA implementation experience.
Knowledge of SAP Central Procurement, Product Sourcing, SAP ECM, Icertis, VIM, and integrations to internal/external systems is an advantage.
Experience with SAP BTP
