Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management Strategy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has 540 employees in three main sites: Lund/Malmö in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

We are now looking for a strong and ambitious SAP CRM Specialist. Your job will be within the Issue Resolution team based in Malmö/Lund, Sweden. You will work with support/defect resolution and development of our customized code for both smaller development gaps and larger projects. The technical environment is based on SAP CRM 7.0 (EHP1) synchronized with SAP ECC (6.0) and with interfaces through PI to other tools. All our solutions are based on standard SAP CRM functionality with added Tetra Pak customizations.

Qualifications

You are a focused and analytical person who always takes accountability/responsibility for your assigned tasks. You can work under pressure and manage stressful situations confidently and effectively. You are business-focused, customer and service minded and your communication and writing skills in English are excellent. You are a good team player and are able to interact well in a global / virtual team.

We believe that you have a university degree from relevant area. To be successful in this role you have a proven SAP CRM 7.0 (EHP1) experience from IT industry (3y), strong programming & configuration skills in ABAP, high expertise in SAP CRM WebUI configuration as well as proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues in an end-to-end environment. This includes problems related to cross-platform issues.
