We are now looking for an Operations Engineer specialized in SAP Authorization & Security.
What you'll do
The position we are looking to recruit is within the Business Platforms team. Your primary responsibility in the team is the roles & authorization concept in all our SAP areas. We also expect you to be the one in the team with expertise in SAP security settings, guiding & coaching the team and its stakeholders in the right direction. To participate in audits is also a part of the role.
Together with our partner, we take care of the SAP Platform within Volvo Cars. While our partner builds and deploys new and changed IT- & business roles in SAP production, it is your role to secure that the delivery follows our role concept and that the platform including its roles develops according to our security directive. Keeping SAP a secure platform, safe from fraud and misuse, requires collaboration with both product teams and internal control / compliance functions. You will coach and support product owners in their day to day work around compliance and ways of working. During audits you will be the speaking partner in the SAP area towards our auditors, and you will also be a partner to our software asset managers when it comes to license usage. You love continuous improvement and will drive our role concept and the way we handle accesses on users, together with our supplier.
You and your skills
You are a curious team player who loves to collaborate with others. You understand that quality is all about the team and you have a coaching mindset. You can see the big picture but also jump in and help out in the different teams & clusters when needed.
You have worked with roles & authorizations in the SAP area for several years, and are well aware of how roles are built in a secure way, You are well acquainted with separation of duties, sensitive activities, license handling & security baseline settings. It's an advantage if you also have experience from the Finance and Logistics area. It is meritorious if you have experience in:
* SAP GRC and SAP S/4 Hana
* SAP S/4 Hana and Fiori security
* Information security management principles, SAP application security implementation methodologies and role-based access controls
