A fast transition of mines to a more sustainable production has started - going from diesel to electricity. ABB is a leader in technologies supporting that. You will contribute in one of the fast-growing areas, Trolleying of mining trucks.
You will be accountable for sales of Trolley system solutions, either directly to end customers globally or through the global ABB organization, driving sales volumes and margins.
In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
This position reports to Business Manager - E2E.
Your responsibilities
Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities
Your background
Several years of experience in sales of electrical and/or mechanical systems
Sound knowledge or understanding of electrification of vehicles using catenary systems
A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluent in English and conversational Swedish
