Sales Representative will support sales, marketing, key account management and internal department activities via close communication and coordination with the operation and planning departments in an effective manner.
Responsibilities:
• To conduct potential customer and market searchs
• To follow current customer portfolio business volume and enable the sustainability and satisfaction of current customers by agency, line and customer visits
• To prepare activity reports,
• To conduct cost analysis and prepare price offers,
• To prepare proposal or contract and finalize the signature process,
• To keep track of all contracts and make updates according to deadlines
• To coordinate and resolve customer complaints with other departments,
• To follow the customer payments and make sure that payments are made on time
• To participate in fairs and conferences
Requirements:
• Perferable Bachelor of Science degree in Maritime Organization Management, Business Administration, International Relations.
• With the right experience formal education is not a must
• Previous experience in Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development
• Interested in working at the logistics sector especially in port operating companies
• Written and oral fluency in English and Swedish (and preferebly the nordic languages)
• Excellent communication and relation management skills
• Working capability of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Research oriented, strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to generate reports under tight deadlines
• Flexible and pro-active approach to work
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• High attention to detail and strong client (commercial) focus
• Professional in outlook and attitude
• Prioritisation, time management and organisational skills
