Our EMEA sales team consists of highly diverse and experienced individuals spread over our sales territory. We all take pride in our excellent customer service and ensure that we continuously develop new business (new customers or new applications) in line with our company strategy. The sales territory EMEA South boasts potential for further growth and we are now looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist for this important region, to develop the business with an innovative approach. The location for this position is flexible within the South EMEA, but Italy is preferred.
This position includes frequent traveling, roughly up to 65%.
Job Summary
As a Field Sales & Business Development Specialist you are responsible for identifying and developing new customers and applications for our products. Through market presence, customer interaction and a keen ear for customers' needs and challenges you identify market/customer requirements.
We are looking for someone with a few years' sales experience within an engineering industry or perhaps as an application engineer within product management, and, preferably, with an engineering degree and/or Master's degree in business or marketing. You have good steel knowledge and a keen eye for digital tools and solutions, as well as experience from project management. To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in Italian, French and English, and it is advantageous if you also have skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
