Sales Manager Scandinavia

Gothenburg (location can be discussed)
Job purpose
To contribute to the driving of Verint strategy, revenue and margin targets through the sales of Verint Video Solutions throughout Scandinavia. You will build and maintain understanding of relevant industry segments, especially Bus industry and other public transportation markets.
Your task is to manage and grow a group of partners, accounts and achieving sales targets. You will also identify opportunities to raise awareness of Verint Video Solutions within partner organizations. A part of this is also to create training plans together with partners.
Important is to build and maintain understanding of existing and potential customer organizations, their changing needs, key business strategies and drivers and also key industry trends and competitors.
Experience
You have a thorough knowledge of the Video Security market, and at least 5 years experience from sales. Knowledge of CCTV security solutions is necessary.
An experience from working in software related business is desirable, but not essential.
You have an experience of having successfully established partners in Scandinavia. You have excellent presentation skills and an ability to navigate and manage technical issues within a partner account.
You have a good theoretical background preferably on university level.
