Arval is now looking for a driven Sales Executive in private leasing who wants to take on a challenging and rewarding role where you have the opportunity to grow and develop together with Arval.

Arval is an international and exciting company in the car- and leasing industry that offers operational full-service leasing to businesses. With one of the world's most renowned and largest banks as its owner, BNP Paribas Group, Arval employs over 8,600 people globally. The Swedish office, consisting of approximately 70 employees, is located in Danderyd near Mörby Centrum, and the newly renovated premises include both a restaurant and a gym.

As a Sales Executive at Arval, you will be at the heart of their customer management and business development towards private individuals. You will be responsible for converting qualified leads into satisfied customers and developing long-term relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with Arval's partners in both car-related and non-car-related industries, as well as their onboarding team, to ensure that every customer receives a first-class experience. Your role is crucial in driving Arval's growth and success in the Swedish market.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Manage outsourced qualified leads
• Provide advice based on customer needs
• Proposal and negotiation (up to offer acceptance)
• Be the point of contact for dealers and prospects during the acquisition phase
• Manage customer relationships, upselling, renewals, and customer expectations
• Collect and store all documentation and data for KYC and credit applications before handing over to the onboarding team
• Conduct customer and partner feedback to increase satisfaction

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Has previous experience in sales to businesses or private individuals
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and preferably other business systems
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently as both languages are required in daily work
• It is highly meritorious if you have experience from the car industry, preferably in leasing, and if you have relevant post-secondary education.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, service-oriented, and structured. You enjoy using the phone as your primary work tool and have strong communication skills. You always strive to go the extra mile for the customer and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Additionally, you are flexible and adaptable.
