We have an exciting opportunity for an office based sales/customer service representative to join Distrupol in our Malmö office. This is a new permanent position. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager responsible for the Nordic Customer Service Team within Distrupol, you will be covering internal Sales in Sweden and Customer Service in Finland. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant has excellent language skills in Swedish. Finnish language skills would be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively approaching and obtaining customers in the Swedish market;
• Drive sales and maximise business opportunities and ensure that Distrupol provides outstanding service to our customers;
• Attend to customers? needs in a timely and accurate manner, taking orders, registering orders, delivery information and credits;
• Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention;
• Have a good understanding of Distrupol products within thermoplastic and polymers;
• Collate customer information as requested, discuss and respond to customer needs, assist with investigation and resolving customer complaints
• Support Account Managers to ensure that information is logged and up to date at all times;
• Above all have the desire to succeed.
We Are Looking For
An individual, who is able to provide our customers with a high level of service, has strong organization and administrative skills, an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. You have excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential whilst an understanding of SAGE and Delphi is advantageous. You have a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably with previous experience from the distribution business. As a person you are reliable, business oriented and service minded. You have at least a degree from upper secondary school. English is our corporate language so the position requires that you are fluent in English. Additionally you will be fluent in Swedish. A good understanding of Finnish would be an advantage.
