hela Sverige We have an opening for office based Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our Distrupol office in Malmö. This is a new permanent position and the person will report to the Customer Service Manager responsible for the Nordic Customer Service Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively approaching and obtaining customers in the Swedish market;
• Drive sales and maximise business opportunities and ensure that Distrupol provides outstanding service to our customers;
• Attend to customers, taking orders, register orders, delivery information, credits etc. in a quick and correct manner;
• Build strong, proactive relationships with customers to develop growth opportunities and ensure customer retention;
• Have an excellent understanding of Distrupol products when dealing with customers;
• Collate customer information as requested, discuss and respond to customer needs, assist investigation and the resolve of customer complaints;
• Support Account Managers and make sure the information is logged and up to date at all times;
• A proven track record of success in a commercial and/or sales environment and have the ability to communicate at all levels;
• Above all have the desire to succeed.
We Are Looking For
This is a new role for an individual who is able to provide our customers with an high level of service, has strong organization and administrative skills, an ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines. You have excellent computer skills; a good knowledge of Word and Excel is essential whilst understanding of SAGE and Delphi is advantageous. You will have a minimum of 2-3 years B2B sales experience, preferably with previous experience from the distribution business. As a person you are reliable, business oriented and service minded. You have at least a degree from upper secondary school. English is our corporate language so the position requires that you are fluent in English. Additionally you will be fluent in Swedish and ideally you will have a good understanding of the other Nordic languages.
