ABOUT THE POSITION 

As a Sales Consultant at Benify your focus is B2B sales of our highly appreciated service. Your key responsibility is to identify and manage complex sales processes from start to finish, which requires a good understanding of the business and first rate interpersonal and communication skills.

Your daily work includes:

• Prospecting and generating leads.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers.
• Conducting meetings.
• Identifying and meeting customers' needs and providing detailed information on our products.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
• Attending team meetings and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

You will also be:

• Attending conferences and events to market Benify.
• Keeping up to date with product developments.
• Collaborating with other functions, such as IT and Project Management, with the purpose of growing revenue and to create completely satisfied customers.

A good candidate have the will to be a contributing factor to our growth from day one.

Qualifications and characteristics required: 

• University Degree with good academic results. This degree is typically in marketing, finance, communications or IT
• 1 - 5 years experience of B2B Sales
• Hunter mentality with drive to identify and close on opportunities
• Strong leadership skills
• First rate interpersonal and communication skills
• Result-oriented approach and winning mentality
• Proactive, self-starter with high level of initiative
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written

To become a successful Sales Consultant at Benify you provide a personalized service to our customers where you establish trust and have a non-confrontational approach to sales. Therefore it's necessary to spread positive energy, have a relaxed attitude and likeable personality.

You'll work closely with your team members and your sales managers with the purpose to learn Benify's tools and sales methodology as efficiently as possible in order to develop as a seller. A natural step could be to become Team Leader or perhaps to work internationally with starting up the sales business on a new market.
