Are you a student or have another main occupation and looking to have a flexible extra job and be part of a successful Swedish company? MultiMind is looking to appoint a Russian speaking part-time sales administrator/sales support for our client, starting as soon as possible.

Your main tasks:
Order management/ order administration Delivery and inventory planning Invoicing Administration of send outs Administration of claims, returns and sample orders Payment monitoring
Your profile:
We are looking for a person who:
Is driven, structured and detail oriented You appreciate working independently and in a fast paced environment Enjoy working in systems and adapt yourself to new ones with ease Communicate fluently in Russian and English , both written and speech. Swedish is not a requirement Preferably a student with some working experience in a similar role
