RF Design Engineer:

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do...

• Work within a project team and take responsibility for the RF implementations
• Define antenna concepts and requirements during product definition
• Lead antenna design, optimization, implementation and validation across product programs
• Work with software, mechanical engineering, baseband and compliance teams
• Identify, debug and resolve system level Antenna-RF issues
• Solid knowledge of antenna fundamental and radiation theory
• Simulate, implement, validate and optimize RF circuits (including schematic capture and PCB layout)
• Characterize and debug desense and EMI issues to meet requirements
• Perform multi-radio coexistence mitigation (including RF link budget planning and issue debugging)
• Perform simulations for RF design and desense mitigation (3D EM and circuit level simulations)
• Achieve all regulatory and performance goals for OTA performance
• Mentor team members

Here is some of what you'll need (required)...:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in RF or antenna design
• Solid knowledge of antenna fundamental and radiation theory
• Organizational skills and analytical thinking
• Problem solving competence
• Flexibility and traveling availability
• Fluent English
