Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.
Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Services Operations is responsible for:

providing service set ups and capabilities that support the global service network in ensuring best operational uptime and efficiency for the customers
supporting the global service organisation to achieve best workshop performance, incl. parts service, by providing effective methods, standards and tools

Workshop Operations, BTW, is in an intensive and exciting period with many changes on how we interact with our service network, both in terms of defining and implementing global standards in the workshops and also how we transfer and provide feedback from our service network all the way to R&D. We are also supporting implementation of products and service products within Scania's defined portfolio.

Due to that one of our team members is soon leaving on maternity leave from the 1st of September, we have now a vacant position for one year with possibilities of extension.

We are now looking for a Retail Development Manager with the task to define and implement global standards, as well as implementation support of service products. You will be part of the Standards & Implementation group (BTWM). The group consists of 10 members.

The group is responsible for defining and implementing the global standards which support our workshop and parts process. Supporting the implementation of products and service products is also a responsibility of the group. Of course, you will work in close cooperation with our commercial network (business units, dealers and workshops) but also with other internal functions at Scania.

You will also take part in the future and development of the service network and products - with new service solutions continuously developing through projects, among our cross functional departments within Scania, you will be a key member to support our service process.

Your profile
The ideal candidate has an outgoing, innovative and structured personality. You are a positive, goal-oriented and driven person, who enjoys challenges and tasks of various kinds. You are able to motivate others and enjoy working independently as well as working in different team environments.

Experiences / Skills
Retail experience and/or production experience, change management and SRS/SPS knowledge is other preferred experiences/ skills. Skills from working within projects, is seen as an advantage.
