The RF Architecture and ASIC team at Ericsson Research in Lund works closely with Business Areas to address flexible integrated radio solutions for future wireless communications. Work tasks in the team include system architecture innovation, nano-scale CMOS circuit development and L1 SW implementation, i.e. block design in the analog front-end and digital radio domains. We are now looking for talented Research Engineers who will be involved in our radio ASIC research for 5G systems. The work will consist of both system performance analysis as well as integrated circuit design.
Identify, define, and drive work tasks with personal responsibility within a team effort
Do system analysis, implementation, and verification in hardware
Establish and maintain communication with our stakeholders
Document and handover results
Qualifications:
In depth understanding and experience of system analysis and integrated radio circuits, preferably in CMOS technology
You are self-motivated and always interested in expanding personal knowledge
Result oriented, flexible and innovative personality
Good knowledge of wireless communication systems
Good communication skills and excellent team player
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Formal education, i.e. Doctorial degree or Master of Science in, electrical engineering, engineering physics or similar
Additional Requirements:
Skills in supervising master thesis students and Researchers
Ability to create Ericsson Internal and external contact network
