Purpose of Job Role

Build and transfer technology competence to ensure technology leadership and profitable business for Ericsson by:

• Contributing to Ericsson technology strategy
• Developing novel concepts, solutions and algorithms and protect them with IPR
• Driving standardization
• Introducing the solutions into product development
• Presenting prototypes, concept demonstrations and publications.

Job-Role Competences
• Ability to perform studies and reports
• Ability to develop IPR and innovation
• Ability to act in external relations and standardization
• Ability to perform research leadership
• Ability to develop Research strategies
• Ability to develop simulators, demonstrators and test-beds
• Ability to do innovation

Position Qualifications
• Deciding & Initiating Action
• Working with People
• Presenting & Communicating
• Preferrably education background in the Data Science field, including Software Design and Data Analytics

Qualifications and Experience

• At least Master of Science or equivalent
• Fluent English
